Mochachos Franchise Management The Mochachos Chicken Villages concept is based on "Mexican Flavoured Flame Grilled Chicken" combined with a specialised Mexican Foods menu. The motivating factor for this choice was the demand for consumers for "exotic" yet healthy dining. The design and decor of the outlets takes advantage of the rich colours of Mexico which are blended into a "village style" eatery. Care has been taken to ensure that the cooking process is as healthy as possible by using dry herbs and spices as opposed to an oil based marinade for the flavouring. The new Mochachos website is a content rich site with flash animation, video and audio. The new site has a content management system to ensure that the content is kept up to date.

The products and services offered by Cornerstone are promoted over a number of different websites:
Cornerstone wanted to be able to update the content on all the various product sites from one location. Johnston Web Solutions implemented a content management system with all the websites running off one database with a central administration section. This provides an efficient method for Cornerstone to keep the content on various sites up to date and allows Cornerstone to allocate the same content to more than one website. For example Cornerstone can add new training courses to the Calendar or add a new brochure to one of the product sites. The flash animation for the website was provided by Cornerstone.
